Cadence is looking for a trailblazer to envision innovative solutions targeted towards Hyper-Scalar and Enterprise markets.

The position will specify and deliver cutting edge solutions to resolve key challenges faced by Cadence key customers. Be the evangelist internally and external to Cadence, and ability to work effectively with cross functional engineering teams to drive alignment and quality.

Key responsibilities and deliverables :

  • Technical needs analysis based on key customers. Translate these needs to high level business / product overlay
  • Create roadmap for solutions, generate requirements / specifications documents to clearly define solution. Achieve approvals / endorsements from both Cadence management and customers key stake holders.
  • Own the solution from concept to delivery to deployment. Responsible for customer relationship throughout the engagement
  • Leader / influencer to cross functional engineering teams across multiple organizations. Establish credibility with technical knowledge and understanding of the market
  • Responsible for internal and external communications of why, what and how. Communicate solution development, manage customer expectations and ensure all development teams are in sync with the goal and deliveries
  • Manage / leverage Cadence partners and Eco system to drive more value with larger scale integration of solutions with 3rd party services / products / solutions
  • Collaborate closely with sales to highlight solutions with on-going sales campaigns and executive level customer communication
  • Qualifications and Requirements

  • MS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • 10+ years of experience in Product or Technical management addressing the Enterprise and / or Hyper-scalar market
  • 5+ years of experience in hands on SoC design and implementation
  • Proven record of successful product launch and life cycle management
  • Experience in leading / influencing cross functional teams
  • Strong team player, self-starter and independent thinker
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to clearly communicate from Exec to engineering level
  • Proven availability to create strong technical relationships externally and internally
