Evaluate Internal Procurement function, processes, and information / data, understand gaps to world class practices and develop new Procurement processes and standards.
Effectively communicates relevant program information to stakeholders, resolving and / or escalating issues in a timely fashion, minimizing any exposure and risk to the program.
Track and measure the delivery of Procurement Programs on an ongoing basis and communicate with key stakeholders.
Create and support an environment of robust collaboration and teamwork with key internal stakeholders (Accounts Payable, Finance, Legal, Technology, etc.
to align Procurement strategies.
Build solid business cases to implement Procurement improvement programs.
Develop and Maintain the Performance Metrics Dashboard for the Procurement Function
Demonstrate vision and insight into Procurement processes to continually improve service quality.
Conduct recurrent meetings with stakeholders and functional teams to keep programs going, documenting next steps and keeping program plans updated at any time.
Devise evaluation strategies to monitor Procurement Operations performance and determine the need for improvements Implement changes to address gaps across Procurement, Category Management, and Procurement Operations.
This includes process standards, leverage technologies, governance, communication and setup of templates and reports.
Execute End to End Procurement Improvement & Transformation Programs.
Own and govern procurement policy, processes, methodologies and promote compliance to them.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of experience.
2-5 plus years of experience with Technology & Non- Technology Procurement Processes.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Demonstrated Project Management Experience
Demonstrated track record of assessing and driving transformation improvements in a Procurement function for a global company.
Demonstrated ability to build solid business cases.
Strong Excel, Word, SharePoint and Power Point skills.
Strong administrative and numeracy analytical skills. Financial / accounting skills is a plus.
Proven experience using Procurement Systems and Applications (SAP & Ariba is an advantage).
Proven experience managing Procurement Policies and Procedures
Proven experience managing Procurement KPIs and related improvement plans
Experience in influencing and communicating to an executive audience
Process improvement (Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus)
