Responsible for building (qualified and available) candidate slates for a business need or requisition
Primary focus is to search, prepare and convert Pipelined talent into ready-for-role requisitions, and solicit applications from our existing database, inbound and outbound sources
Screen qualified talent, and present a strong talent slate to Recruiter, based on deep sectoral knowledge and expertise
Provide an excellent candidate experience interaction, one that is personal and develops a relationship with top talent
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies
Profile Expert Collaborate with Lead Gen
The Sourcer will focus on the proactive sourcing of high quality professionals for key roles, market and sell the message of Intel in a compelling way to top talent.
The Sourcer focus is in utilizing multiple strategies including online databases, social media sites, Boolean keyword searching, cold calling contact lists and networking in order to present candidates to recruiters that have been identified for current and future openings.
The Sourcer will also participate in the development of new sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent, work cross-
functionally with client facing recruiters to develop a candidate success profile and build a sourcing strategy.
In partnership with key stakeholders in the region, this role will have ownership of the search strategy, proactive outreach and initial candidate assessment, ensuring the continued flow of high quality candidates.
Please note this is a temporary position
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferred HR, Business or Technical
3+ years of technical sourcing experience with a search firm, agency or in-house recruiting team
Talent Market Intelligence / Industry knowledge
Expert sourcing skill set in a wide range of sourcing channels,strategies, practices, profiles, trends and the ability to grasp new technologies
Excellent research / sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions
