Responsible for complying with the consumer’s requests to deliver quality output, assure on time project completion and superior customer service.

What you’ll do
Provide service to consumers / members on their credit files by updating accounts and personal information, creating investigations, providing adequate solutions to their problems, providing information to pull their credit report, provide and sale the credit score and other similar products,
Assist and educate the consumers about the policies, procedures and information reported on the Equifax credit file and give the appropriate follow up to the member’s investigations.
Primary contact for all our external consumers / members of Equifax answering in-bound or out-bound calls in English regarding the credit report, credit information, products, policies, procedures and solving problems our customer will present in their interactions with our services.

What experience you need
1 year of call center experience
French spoken (written and verbal B2 or C1)
What could set you apart
Knowledge of ACRO / EWP, CIS, Salesforce
General knowledge of credit reporting practices, policies and procedures
Experience in sales
