The Financial Analyst is a fundamental role for the Organization to manages the financial health of our business portfolio and operational spend, this role encompasses the planning and accomplishment of the budget across the fiscal calendar.
The Financial Analyst reports accurate financial results and provides predictability by leading analysis that connects the financial information with the operational drivers and land in critical insights for decision making.

The Financial Analyst will be part of the North America Customer Support Organization and will support the Commercial Direct Onsite Delivery across its multiple businesses.
Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.) considering the Company’s goals and financial standing
Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
Identify trends and recommend actions to the Leadership Team
Determine forward financial status (Flash) by analyzing actual results, market tendencies, seasonality and operational drivers
Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field
Participate in projects for process improvement to generate cost efficiencies
Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
Knowledge and skills
Proven working experience as a finance analyst
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
Advance analytical skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams across the Organization and build long term business relationships
Strong history of innovation with examples of breakthrough contributions.
Demonstrated business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy, and successful experience managing all aspects of cross-
business unit programs.
Demonstrated leadership skills supported by both a proactive and collaborative approach
Demonstrated ability to work with remote and virtual teams
Demonstrated ability to manage effectively by objectives
Proven ability to influence cross-functionally
Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, money market and business environments
Education and Experience :
Master or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
3-5 years of experience in different roles within the Finance business segment
Experience in Customer Support Operations
Experience in methodologies for Root Cause analysis, 4DX, Six Sigma, Scrum, Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma
