Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection.

They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and / or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and / or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.

The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

  • Is a proven recruiter with experience managing high req volumes at either a fast paced agency or within a large corporation
  • Is experienced creating an effective recruitment strategy which includes sourcing passive candidates through networking, internal referrals, LinkedIn, SEO / SEM optimization and job posting practices
  • Has the ability to quickly screen and identify top level talent in various functions of the business
  • Is a strong influencer and can effectively communicate and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Shows accountability by measuring performance via hiring metrics
  • Works with the highest degree of professionalism while maintaining a competitive spirit
  • Be a driving force in building functional pipelines, developing recruitment approach and internal partnerships
  • Learning business cycles and partnering with local HR Managers to anticipate future hiring needs
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years minimum of recruiting experience.
  • Ability in proficient English language.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute recruiting strategy, including candidate management and interview process management.
  • Success in consulting and managing key stakeholders during the full recruitment life-cycle.
  • Self-directed with high-level of initiative and strong work ethic.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong client focus with the ability to interface with and support hiring managers at all levels.
  • Exceptional communications skills.
