We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to build enterprise-wide personalization capabilities that will craft the future of Adobe.
com’s digital user experiences. This will require building a deep understanding of user’s journeys, unlocking the value of content assets, and demonstrating variety of statistical and machine learning approaches to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time in the right channel.
This role works throughout the product lifecycle to develop the product vision by working with business leaders across the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud lines of business.
A successful candidate for this role has personalization experience, defined epics and user stories, and has a strong sense of excellent UX.
What you'll Do
Discover, define, drive, and implement a personalization product vision, strategy, requirements, and roadmap based on data, customer insights, and industry standard methodologies
Be the focal point with internal customers to spot problems and define goals, set priorities and lead a backlog of features, work with engineering, design, and QE to meet those requirements
Create business cases clearly stating the impact and value of proposed initiatives
Lead business expectations by pitching the product vision to customers
Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and product designs
Transform requirements into feature specs / user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team
Lead cross-functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery.
Proactively identify, prioritize and drive resolution to project issues.
Prepare for business reviews, financial analysis & forecasting
Assess new digital event market opportunities and strategic areas of growth
Drive planning and vision refinement sessions with business and engineering teams
Assess and report on the results of initiatives versus their expected impact
Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users / customers
What you need to succeed
Understanding of Machine Learning / AI approaches
Deep knowledge of Personalization, Recommendation and Optimization capabilities and processes
Experience with B2B and B2C marketing around user acquisition and user retention goals
Ability to transform business challenges into detailed product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories
Excellent written, communication, and presentation abilities and equally able to talk to and influence engineers, senior executives, and customers
Well-versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies
Analytical abilities to test hypotheses and sort through uncertain options to make compelling recommendations
History working with system architects and other technical teams
Understanding of web design and optimization, digital marketing, personalization technologies, web content management systems, marketing data and analytics.
Knowledge of Adobe’s Experience Cloud offering is a plus.
BA / BS degree in a technical field (CS, EE, or similar). MS or MBA a plus. 5 to 8 years of product management experience that is personalization related.
