The Opportunity

  • As part of the capital project delivery team, the project delivery specialist will provide global support to the project managers as they deliver on multi-disciplined real estate projects globally.
  • You will be the connective tissue across the team to drive efficiencies, remove obstacles, ensure compliance and identify best practices across team related to vendor onboarding, PO issuance, project organization and financial tracking.

    What you'll Do

  • Provide day to day support to project managers
  • Create purchase requisitions and ensure PO's are issued in timely manner
  • Arrange for one time check / wire requests as required
  • Track PO's, invoice payments, and resolve payment issues to ensure timely payments and accuracy in project cost reporting.
  • Ensure third-party consultants, including architects, project managers, general contractors, engineers, are appropriately onboarded and approved to do business with Adobe
  • Develop strong working relationships across project managers, accounts payable, procurement and external vendors
  • Drive project site setup using project management software, including project site initiation, project directory setup, and project closeout including archiving all required project documentation
  • Coordinate agenda for, and participate in, team meetings
  • Assist in quick onboarding and training of contracted project managers as workload increases require additional resourcing
  • Updating of tracking tools including contract tracking, completion dates, and budget variances
  • Assist reporting needs, including cash flow forecasts, asset go-live tracking, and audit support
  • What you need to succeed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in the use of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of GraphiteConnect and Ariba a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail, even in pressure situations
  • Several years experience in previous administrative or coordinator roles, construction experience a plus
