POSITION SUMMARY
The Commercial Excellence Manager leads the New Commercial Strategic Business Model enabling transformation through :
Partnerships with commercial Customers network in CAC mainly by creating joint value growth plans.
Maximizing Digital enabled solutions.
Connecting with Pfizer key business areas.
Lead the Commercial Excellence and NAMs teams.
This role is the main connection between the commercial Customers and the Pfizer Go To Market Model. The manager is expected to evaluate trends, identify opportunities and lead project implementation synchronizing a One Pfizer approach, standardizing among different Therapeutic Areas and ensuring projects are aligned to improve the Customer Experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the New Commercial Transformation Agenda aligned with prioritized Strategic Partners in our commercial customers CAC Network.
Lead network optimization by simplifying and consolidating business across the Region.
Identify digital transformation opportunities and ensure end to end solutions are aligned with the different business areas and implemented with partners.
Serve as a respected and trusted point of contact between Pfizer business key areas and our main commercial customers to implement new business opportunities in tenders, access, portfolio agreements, commercial initiatives, digital solutions and other growth driven initiatives.
Conducts in depth analysis of market trends, data and qualitative driven insights and how they affect the business, stimulating discussion for development of new alternatives in search of more consistent results.
Development of joint value plans with Strategic Commercial Partners and ensure those plans are endorsed by Senior Management on a periodic base.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacist or related discipline
Additional management qualifications such as MBA or similar will be a plus
Minimum 7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
At least 7 years in Sales, KAM, Commercial, Marketing or similar type roles preferred
Fluency in both written and spoken English language
