The North America ICG Genesis Analyst responsibilities are :

  • Lead Genesis Acquisition and Upgrades as per Global guidelines and calendars.
  • Manage the Release Stabilization Issue (RSIs) process : initiation, maintenance and closure.
  • Serve as Genesis Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Genesis-related initiatives.
  • Provide support to initiatives that improve the quality of data
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related field;
  • 5-8 years experience in Finance and / or Risk
  • Experience in process / system implementation
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to document findings in accordance with approved quality procedures and standards
  • Ability to solve problems and articulate potential solutions
  • Deliver deadlines and comply with corporate calendar
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as with remote groups
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Bi-lingual superior communication, both orally and written in English and Spanish
  • Yes, 25 % of the Time
