Provide reporting support for Credit Management Supervisor. Assists in resolution of Orders Release for Daily Hold Report.
Assists the Credit Management supervisor in the distribution of tasks related to the Reviews of Extended Terms for Marketing Promotions.
Perform Credit reviews for EPT / Longer Terms by following Credit Policy. Provide Analysis and Interpretation of Credit Reports from vendors.
Provide Advise for other Credit Analyst about analysis performed and interpretation of the customers’ financial status for proper evaluation of risk and the establishment of proper credit limits for LOW MEDIUM HIGH level risk customers.
Interacts with Internal customers, customer service, and accounts receivable in Credit Management and / or related matters.
Monitor and communicates credit concerns to management. This job is not for those responsible for placing routine calls to customers for collection of past due accounts.
This role is focused on Credit policy and Credit Management related tasks, reporting and procedures. In this role, you will Document all credit reviews and Credit Management interactions as needed and follow up Credit Policy and Credit Management procedures Order Release, populate info for Credit reviews, distribute and perform Hold report task Provide assistance to internal and external customers Assist with new hires with training and develop assistant Credit management requests for credit reviews should be resolved in SLA times defined by Credit Manager : Increase CL, Decrease CL, Set / Remove Hold, EPT / Longer Terms reviews, EPT scanners reviews and any Other Credit review or Credit Management related as defined by Credit Manager Perform Daily Updates in MASTER FILE : Customers Email Remove for Mass Email Credit Analysts changes - C3 in Collections (including in fd32) in the MASTER file and C5 code in SAP / fd32 In this role, you’ll need Professional degree in Business Administration or related field.
1 or more years of directly related experience (Finance Shared Services experience is a plus). Bilingual English - Spanish (intermediate or higher).
Proficiency with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, power point, e-mail, etc.). SAP knowledge prefered.
Have performed Credit reviews using Credit Management tools in webpages. Have performed Credit Reviews using analytics as Financial Indicators from main financial statements.
