The ideal candidate will be excited about diving deep to understand and improve our execution of business processes. They will be curious and comfortable digging into data to understand metrics, identifying insights that will enable us to improve quality and drive continuous improvement opportunities for the organization.
They will be able to find and prioritize opportunities for improvement and deliver detailed recommendations for increased productivity to leadership and service delivery teams.
