In this position you will provide support to our business customers in the InfoSec Incident Response Applications as production support student worker, responsible for the distribution, installation, operations, and troubleshooting of applications.
responds to customer / client requests or events as they occur; develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Integrating host security solutions with enterprise applications and other internal security capabilities
Script writing for automation and integration
Resolving problems that have been identified due to incident trends or major incidents
Respond to escalation of issues
Creating documentation How to, Best Known Methods (BKM) and processes for peers and operation support teams.
Candidate should be an ACTIVE student of bachelor's degree and have completed 75% of the career courses in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Systems or related technical / engineering field.
Intermediate to Advance English proficiency
Windows Server / Client system administration
Basic to Medium Network knowledge
Basic knowledge in Perl, Python, and PowerShell
Good problem-solving skills and a self-starter.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-site team environment
