You will be based in San Jose, Costa Rica and will be part of the Performance Lens team.

You will be responsible for the analytics behind avariety of market research and benchmarking efforts, primarily focusing on ourclient experience survey, including owning data sets, statistical models.
You will also be responsible for integrating data into PowerPoint reports and online web applications. Additionally, you will leverage strong analytic skills, project management experience,and strong interpersonal skills.
In this role, you'll work with McKinsey colleagues fromaround the world, liaise directly with external clients, and support McKinseyconsultants by preparing complex data analysis that will help solve clientproblems and deliver significant measurable impact.
