About the role...
We’re looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst with excellent communication skills to join our team. This role supports the Total Rewards team on compensation projects including base pay, incentives, total rewards, survey participation, benchmarking, and market pricing jobs.
What you’ll be doing
Receive, handle, and upload remuneration survey data, including market valuation tool use, system administration, and controlled access.
Prepare and present job analysis and compensation analysis summary reports.
Gather and analyze market-based compensation survey data to discern market trends.
Benchmark jobs against survey data and marketing intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges and assign roles to appropriate salary ranges.
Research job requirements and positions relative to market benchmarks and internal pay practices, contributing to job leveling, classification and salary structure.
Own the Rewards SharePoint and control access to rewards-related collateral and tools.
Conduct data and cost analysis to be used for budgeting and financial forecasting.
Make data-driven recommendations on updates to reward programs and conduct ad-hoc analysis to support total rewards projects.
Assist with the year-end compensation process and determining rewards for hiring, promoting, and retaining employees.
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
1 to 3 years of compensation analyst experience
Professional fluency in written and spoken English
Experience with the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel skills with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Familiarity with human resource laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
