Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Support end to end Health Care Professionals (HCP) engagement processes and facilitate complete, timely, and accurate collection of samples and transfers of value resulting from those engagements
  • Work with source partners to resolve data quality and completeness issues
  • Monitor, collect and analyze data for anomalies, trends, and insights and present to appropriate stakeholders
  • Execute transparency reporting processes in accordance with internal procedures / policies / controls and external regulations
  • Must ensure complete, accurate, and timely delivery of disclosure reports
  • Must ensure proper documentation of reporting process and evidence of control throughout
  • Identify and implement process improvements across end to end transparency reporting process to eliminate risk, defects and waste
  • The Compliance Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist is a member of the US Operations Oversight team, and is responsible for ensuring complete, timely, and accurate capture and disclosure of samples and transfers of value for federal, state, and internal transparency disclosure requirements for GSK and ViiV Healthcare.

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Bachelor s degree on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Business Systems or similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in financial or operational reporting.
  • Previous relevant experience on Data Analysis (financial, master data, privacy, compliance, controls, laws) with large data sets for trends and insights.
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access knowledge.
  • Documentation skills and detail oriented
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus :

  • Experience with business intelligence tool sets.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated use of continuous improvement skills (Six Sigma, Scrum, Agile)
  • SAP Working knowledge.
  • Knowledge and understanding of US Transparency laws
