Work with Global Procurement Leadership team to create a prioritized list of graphical needs for each spend pool / category.
Use digital applications to design videos, images, websites and generate useful business infographics, training materials and presentations.
Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design.
Identify opportunities and recommend new ideas as result of ideation workshops.
Manages and maintains the internal / external marketplace / purchasing systems layout and product catalogs following standard process and adherence to internal guidelines.
Works closely with procurement managers and category managers establishing best communication practices to ensure process efficiency and business results.
Drives efficiency, training and continuous improvement of internal / external marketplace / purchasing systems including but not limited to product catalogs management, training materials and other related processes.
Collaborate with other procurement, sourcing and business colleagues to ensure customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensures compliance with Purchasing policy and manage compliance performance.
Ensures adherence to quality standards and review internal policies to ensure compliance.
Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current workload.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven working experience as a graphic designer.
Technical expertise regarding video / image edition, web design and process mapping.
A master of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign & After effects (adobe packages) specifically with mockups, web design, video / image edition, infographics and multimedia presentations.
Strong knowledge in MS PowerPoint or similar presentation designers.
Good knowledge on reporting packages (MS Excel, Pivot Tables). Macros is a plus.
Experience working with WordPress templates, P2P Systems, MS SharePoint, HTML, CSS and Story-telling video editors is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
5+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency. Experience in Service Center environments is a plus
