  • Collaborate with TA Partners (recruiters), hiring managers, and HR Partners to ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the TA process.
  • Support a fast-paced team by coordinating interview scheduling needs for internal and external roles located in the US and Canada.
  • This includes coordinating interviews via phone, video, and on-site. This also includes complex team interviews located at multiple sites in different time zones.

  • Be a proactive and resourceful problem solver with excellent attention to detail who can work through coordinating conflicting schedules and trade-offs.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to candidates and internal partners. This includes setting up travel arrangements with excellent verbal and written communications and facilitating the new hire pre-boarding process.
  • Assist HR and TA Partners with the offer process in Oracle Recruit Cloud
  • Initiate and facilitate the candidate’s pre-employment checks to include background, drug screen, credit checks, and motor vehicle reports.
  • Manage the pre-boarding process in Oracle Recruit Cloud
  • Recruit including guiding candidates through tasks and coordinating start date with the hiring manager and local HR
  • Close out requisitions
  • Actively participate in process improvement activities

  • A Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the keen ability to develop rapport with others
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably specific experience with Oracle Recruit
  • Previous experience with complex scheduling
  • Prior experience in HR or TA
