AS A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR, YOU WILL :
Collaborate with TA Partners (recruiters), hiring managers, and HR Partners to ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the TA process.
Support a fast-paced team by coordinating interview scheduling needs for internal and external roles located in the US and Canada.
This includes coordinating interviews via phone, video, and on-site. This also includes complex team interviews located at multiple sites in different time zones.
Be a proactive and resourceful problem solver with excellent attention to detail who can work through coordinating conflicting schedules and trade-offs.
Provide an outstanding customer experience to candidates and internal partners. This includes setting up travel arrangements with excellent verbal and written communications and facilitating the new hire pre-boarding process.
Assist HR and TA Partners with the offer process in Oracle Recruit Cloud
Initiate and facilitate the candidate’s pre-employment checks to include background, drug screen, credit checks, and motor vehicle reports.
Manage the pre-boarding process in Oracle Recruit Cloud
Recruit including guiding candidates through tasks and coordinating start date with the hiring manager and local HR
Close out requisitions
Actively participate in process improvement activities

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
A Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the keen ability to develop rapport with others
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably specific experience with Oracle Recruit
Previous experience with complex scheduling
Prior experience in HR or TA
