The Opportunity
As a member of the Americas Professional Services leadership team, the PMO Practice Leader will be responsible for project leadership and execution for customer engagements in one or more defined Verticals.
By partnering closely with GTM Vertical Leads and Delivery Practice Leads, you will ensure project success and customer satisfaction and meet or exceed business metrics for Americas Consulting.
What You’ll Do
Oversee Consulting project delivery for a defined set of Vertical customers in the Americas, ensuring delivery success and satisfaction across all projects and workstreams totaling $50M - $100M annually
Partner with GTM Vertical Leads to understand projects in the pipeline and proactively drive resource planning to accelerate project initiation
Monitor, manage and report on project health for all assigned customers
Accountable for ensuring project revenue forecasts are up to date and accurate
Drive Adobe Consulting governance and standard methodologies in all projects, actively partnering with Solution Leaders and GTM Vertical Leads
Demonstrate a practitioner level of experience in leading project delivery to ensure customer requirements are met, resulting in the expected business value and impact
Coordinate project critical issue management and resolution
Recruit, manage, mentor, and professionally develop a team of managers and individual contributors responsible for the delivery of best-in-class consulting engagements
What You Need to Succeed
5+ Years in a prior senior (Director+) role, with a strong hands-on background in enterprise-level professional services or customer success management within the technology industry
Highly seasoned communications managing up to C-Level interaction with customers and internal Adobe team members
A working understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Previous financial responsibility of managing a book of business revenues exceeding $50m
Ability to engage, motivate and drive a people-centric approach to the team management as well operating with influence in a matrix organization
