Lead (organize, plan, direct and control) his / her training teams to achieve the expected quality, production schedule, staffing and safety goals.
Motivates and energizes personnel to obtain top performance. Develop and execute the required training plans to accomplish the production goals which include safety indicators, productivity, quality and cost.
Design and implement systems to evaluate trainee’s performance in terms of safety, production, yield and productivity. Assesses training system and identify differences between different sites and / or production lines, to propose gap closing plans according to project timeline and priorities.
Define key topics to be covered during sending site’s training phase to grant operators proficiency (operation performance, process knowledge and product pass / fail criteria) Partners with engineering to support the generation / development of Training Certifications.
Review and update Training Certifications as appropriate. Ensure compliance, traceability and maintenance of required training records including employee training, completion, certification, and compliance in production and training data bases.
Creates / runs training reports as necessary. Perform regular audits to verify compliance on manufacturing procedures, GMP and quality documentation requirements.
Evaluate trainers’ performance, provide continued feedback, reinforce and recognize the desired behavior and confront the unaccepted behavior.
Assure the company principles and policies are consistently followed.
Track and report results to the operation leadership on a frequent basis.
