What we're looking for :

We're looking for an outstanding, strategic and organized problem solver to join our growing team as Administrative Project Manager, driving results across the Client Services Organization! CSO team is transforming how we serve our customers, ensuring they recognize the ROI that suits their business.

Our CSO Operations team partners with stakeholders across business units and functional groups to drive planning processes, ensure successful execution of top priorities through governance, and drive special projects critical to emergent needs as well as long term growth and expansion plans.

Success is designing an environment of transparency, rigor and speed in the design and implementation of the changes we are driving as a company.

Position Overview

As part of the role you will strive to become a subject matter expert! You will partner with the functional leaders to build and maintain the operational processes required to support a large and growing organization.

It will be your job to support new process discovery, development, and prioritization of work across many teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Headcount Process Management, collaborate with Finance to daily handle all CSO budget owners' new hire and backfill lists and handle the source of truth for employee data information, including data entry.

Partner with hiring managers to keep hiring on track and ensure hiring budget is maintained.

Single point of contact to collaborate with Vendors to handle needs of the contract employees and run the tracking system for KPIs of contractor employees.

Handle the process for new hires in the Customer Success Organization (CSO) to receive their requested equipment before their start date and ensure a smooth transition of setting up and using the equipment including Day 1 onboarding support.

Facilitate OKR process admin & management to ensure CSO meets or exceeds quarterly and yearly goals at Board, Strategic, and Departmental levels.

Build executive status reports with projections and insights to showcase how OKRs are advancing,

Conduct the collection of Operations OKRs and asks for Operations from other teams.

Design new Wrike processes and building custom Wrike reports to meet Operations team, CSO, and broader company initiatives and day-to-day asks.

Frontline troubleshooter and problem solver.

Provide support to Senior Staff and Program Managers in a high volume work environment and maintain detailed tracking of operational processes, projects and timelines.

Drive continuous and productive communication and liaise with internal and external partners to build positive relationships.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years Project Management experience.

Bachelor's degree in related area.

English professional proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to synthesize data and read formulas in Google sheet and Excel.

Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.

Able to forge positive relationships across the organization.

Must be comfortable asking as many questions as it takes to get to a solution.

Able to work independently and also as a power collaborator.

Preferred qualifications

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment that requires independent time management and task prioritization.
