As Analyst I in SaaS Billing Operations you will have the opportunity to join an emerging global group which is dynamic and fast-growing.
Our core responsibility is to review and release the proforma invoices for all VMware SaaS offerings (Software as a Service).
Your Responsibilities :
Accurately review and release proforma invoices for several different products / services
Ensure timely release of all proforma invoices
Identify any billing discrepancies and follow up as needed
Case and ticket management; answer billing queries from various internal teams
Produce and maintain daily reports and files
Work across multiple applications within the SaaS Order Management and Billing systems
Interact with sales teams, channel partners and numerous internal groups as required to support the order-to-invoice process
Provide suggestions and ideas that enhance processes and simplicity of operations
Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires
You Need :
Ability and motivation to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment, both independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with multiple internal teams
Proven aptitude for working with numbers and reports
Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach
Ability to identify and resolves issues
Ability to work outside of standard office hours as per business requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Positive, collaborative approach and sound business insight
Demonstrate strong social and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good work ethic and sense of responsibility
You Preferably Have :
2+years' industry experience in order processing and / or billing with specific knowledge of software transactions and general knowledge of revenue recognition
Proficiency with SaaS billing models and concepts
Reporting and Data Analysis skills
Experience collaborating on projects and testing
Proficiency in Oracle or SAP
Proficiency in Salesforce or ServiceDesk / Jira
