  • Travel Administrator

    Gorilla Logic is looking for an incredible Travel Admin to join our team at our Costa Rica Nearshore Development Center.

    The Travel Admin will be the administer and contact for all US travel as well some Costa Rican travel reporting to the facilities manager.

    The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, collaborative, and highly detail oriented. We are growing incredibly fast, and need a super friendly, flexible, organized, motivated and "on-

    it!" Travel Admin to help us continue to be successful.

    Responsibilities

  • High volume travel bookings for our US executives and staff, including hotel, flights and ground transportation.
  • Work cohesively with peers onsite in Costa Rica and our US Gorilla Logic headquarters in Boulder, Colorado.
  • Ensure all interactions are handled professionally at all times, in a timely manner, and with the highest level of service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects within a variety of departments at the same time.
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a professional working environment
  • Experience in booking US travel
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Verbal and written English proficiency
  • Professional communications skills for interacting with Senior Level Management internally and externally
  • Ability to manage and respond to high volumes of email requests
  • Excellent customer and relationship-building skills
  • Collaborative, responsible and very detail-oriented personality
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google docs
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities
  • Education

  • Undergraduate college degree preferred
