What you’ll do :
Provide guidance to handle difficult client situations, effectively identify simple to complex problems and take appropriate steps to solve them.
Coach and Mentor the team, propose ideas to promote improved service and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate and partner with other team members and internal departments like WFM, RPA, OpEx, IT, QA and Training.
Participate in special projects or assignments when requested, as well as proactively work on team and individual efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Execute reporting of metrics : including, but not limited to : volume handled, quality, attendance, service level agreements.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as Operations Supervisor
Fluent in English / French (B2+ / C1) skills both oral and written
Experience as a Backup / Floor Support, coaching and leading teams with five o more members (Is a must)
