Job Purpose
Lead the branding initiatives of the corporate, commercial, category and product brands.
This is a Brand role responsible for brand building strategies and projects plans to drive multiple stakeholder experience in Latin America.
The role provides management and oversights of the development of a comprehensive and highly integrated branding strategy and plans that advance the vision, mission of the company.
Manage all aspects of each branding planning & activation activities for all digital channels and ensure effective communication, implementation, execution and measurement of branding programs across the region.
Responsible for Brand Excellence deployment and execution.
Responsible for Brand Ambassador Program.
Required Experience and Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising
10+ years of branding experience, preferably in a multi-national company and with international brands
Experience working with Latin American markets is required.
Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial / construction markets
Experience working in a complex, multi-brand company
Demonstrable experience in strategic and tactical projects of branding, advertising, campaigns
We’re looking for a results-oriented branding specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help accelerate our brand building.
Demonstrated track record on branding projects including, content, , B2B and B2C campaigns, omnichannel strategies.
Demonstrated track record of developing branding strategies and tactics based on business objectives and executing branding programs delivering measurable business and brand results.
Written and verbal communication skills and able to present with impact in both English and Spanish.

Strong communications competencies (writing, presenting, project management, etc.)
Outstanding strategic and planning skills, a solid understanding of business relationships, and the knowledge, intellect and temperament to work at the highest levels of an organization.
Innately creative and flexible in nature with a hands-on approach.
