Better requires process discipline and simplification You will use dataanalytics to identify gaps, analyse problems and enable the Customer Journeyand Feedback systems.
You will understand the Customer and Transactional datasources, use SQL (Postgres and Snowflake), Excel, Python / R to pull and merge largedatasets and generate Feed files for Customer Journey Analytics and other downstreamsystems.
You will work with IT teams inautomating the manual processes. Understand different Western Union systems asit relates to Customer Experience.
For this role, you will need 1 year of data analysisexperience, preferably within the Financial Services industry. A bachelor s degree in Engineering, ComputerScience, Maths, data management or a related area of study and / or equivalent.
You should be proficient in SQL, Excel andpossess strong quantitative and qualitative skills. You should have SQL and CRUD skills along withexperience performing data manipulation and / or data extraction (Alteryx, R, Pythonor any other programming language experience a plus).
Demonstrated analyticaland problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meetdeadlines. Self-starter and fast learner of new tools and technologies.
You will have excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced andhigh-pressure environment.
