This individual works closely with different team members and other countries business and IT personnel on software development projects, ongoing maintenance and enhancements of web applications, designing and executing and automating test scenarios to verify, validate and deliver high quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the software quality assurance, quality control, project management and resource management processes, define testing strategies, perform capacity analysis, effort estimations, test design and execution.
Requirements analysis, elicitation and validation
Prepares and maintains test plan, test cases, automated test scripts, test data, metrics, reports, sign-off statements
Coordinate and execute manual testing
Work concurrently on several projects; each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project
Ability to prioritize, work both independently and with the International team
Proactively seek out and champion alternative solutions.
Experience / Key Skills / Competencies :
2-3 years of software quality assurance working experience
Nice to have experience with testing automation
University Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, technical certifications, ISEB or similar.
Experience in all phases of the testing life-cycle.
Experience in business and requirements analysis, and elicitation.
Experience in software quality assurance, quality control, configuration and defect management.
Experience delivering test plans, test scripts, test cases, data, and applying different testing techniques.
Ability to estimate effort required, do project management, resource administration and coordination to attend multiple initiatives at the same time.
Ability to work under pressure and by objectives.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and to keep abreast of latest technologies
Technical expertise / Team player willing to share knowledge.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, work management, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, technical English (IT related) / Spanish proficiency (oral and written).
Ability to facilitate effective team interaction, and to establish open, candid and trusting relationships within the team.
Strong attention to detail and task oriented.
Strong problem solving skills and fast and self-learner.
Experience working following Agile methodologies.
