With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be :
Coordinating with the Customer service team, commercial finance, and collections team to make sure of the invoices and credit notes that must be cancelled and re-invoiced.
Keep track of re-billing requests and approvals (Sox Controls, External & Internal Audit)
Send the invoices and credit notes on time, of the customers who request the manual sending of these documents. Sending a biweekly report of invoices sent-uploaded
Contact with the EDICOM team to resolve any issues that may arise in the invoice sending process (retransmissions, addendum errors (extemporaneous addendum), ticket opening
PDF and XML download (upon request)
Skills and Experience
The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
Minimum of one-year professional billing experience in progressively responsible roles. Accounting is a plus
Experience with the Mexican Market and SAT (Tax authority) regulations related to invoices
Knowledge and experience with SAP (transactions : VA01, VF04, VA05, VF05N, FBL5N ), EDICOM (Ediwin) and Microsoft Office Basic Tools (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, One note, Teams )
Proactively partners with internal and external customers to identify trends and resolve issues causing late payments
Languages : Spanish, English (70% at least)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage a rapidly changing environment
A customer focused service delivery specialist with global orientation.
Works cooperatively as a member of a team and is committed to the overall team objectives rather than own interests.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in process and quality analysis
