We are looking for a passionate analytics guru with in-depth expertise of the customer experience lifecycle and ability to create and develop innovative BI solutions.
Your Area of Focus
Provide data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers
Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on / create new features
Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
Provide innovative analytical insights oriented to consumer analytics
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and use mixed-method approaches to data analysis
Analyze, synthesize, and share research findings into key insights for stakeholders
Assist in the design, implementation, and enforcement of data infrastructure, security and system policies
Build predictive and prescriptive analytics models that drive business decisions
Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes, offerings to improve client satisfaction and loyalty
Your Professional Qualifications
5+ years in business intelligence / analytics experience
3+ years experience working with consumer analytics
Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (engineering, math, statistics, data science)
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and other visualization tools.
Proficient SQL, python, R or DAX
Experience in statistical modelling and machine learning techniques
Previous experience in highly cross functional roles and partnership with different departments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to higher management
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
