Purpose of this position :

The Accounting Analyst that holds this position will be responsible for developing different Payment processes for all regular suppliers, payroll, taxes and utilities, prepare, perform activities related to month end close (Integrities, Open, Reporting), and additional activities as required.


  • Develop all payment processes for any country as required.
  • Month end Close activities. (Reporting and Deliverables).
  • Comply with all Sox requirements, SOX AP007 and SOX AP004
  • Ensure all services provided are complying with SLA’s.
  • Comply with Corporate Policies.
  • Drive improvement initiatives for implemented processes.
  • Resolves any errors with the supervisor and establish action plan to avoid same issue to happen again.
  • Provide customer service to suppliers, internal customers and Baxter employees.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
  • Prepare any reporting require by the customer or supervisor.
  • Ensure the understanding of audit processes held by the country entities and the implications of those.
  • Provide in a timely manner any support documentation requested by any audited process.
  • Have sense of urgency and inform in a timely manner to the supervisor of any potential issue that might impact the operation.

    To provide support and high-quality service to Americas internal and external customers in P2P area. It is important also that the person has good customer service skills and to be a team player.

    The person in charge of this position should be analytical and have initiative to solve issues, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Strong attention to details, willingness to learn, ability to follow procedures and positive attitude to achieve the objectives of this area.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Accounting
  • At least 2 year of experience in similar positions
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel
  • English B2+
  • Portuguese Knowledge is a plus
