Main responsibilities for this position are market (promote and sales) RIDGID GREENLEE products and solutions on Central America Region.
The direct market should be executed on the actual distribution channel and generate the demand with end users. The focus of the position is field work, including product demonstrations and training of RIDGD & GRENLEE (Professional Tools) equipment’s and products in general
Constant contact with all distributors on the different countries assigned on region, understanding their needs, as well as training the sellers of the distributors and convincing them of our business and products
Identify and make punctual pursuit of key projects on the region to promote RIDGID & GREENLEE products to generate sales with end users
Constant visit to end users to execute technical demonstrations of RIDGID & GREENLEE products
Develop new market niches and create new programs and initiatives to increase sales of the region year after year
Promote new products thru distribution network to achieve sales targets
Understand local competition by country and maintain full knowledge of it
Develop and execute all necessary business plans to achieve all sales targets by country
Develop electronic and verbal presentations monthly about their market and sales projections to Regional Management
3 years on products sales. Preferably experience on sales to construction, maintenance or tools market.
Bachelor degree or Engineering.
English : Advanced (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
Good understanding of planning and budgets
Field work (End users attention)
Ease to travel
Wide Microsoft office knowledge
