Quality Manager is to ensure Quality Systems are adequate to meet Corporate directives and procedures as well as QSR and ISO requirements and standards.
Provides leadership and development to immediate QA staff. Supporting Costa Rica facility departments and Plant Manager in maintaining the Quality System.
Drives activities to lead and support Costa Rica safety program.
Essential Functions :
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or equivalent
5 to 10 years overall experience in industry, with 3 years overall experience in medical device manufacturing industry.
Preferred 2 years of regulatory, compliance and / or auditing experience in medical devices. Preferred 3 years of managerial / supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of Quality Management, Auditing, Engineering, Quality System Regulation, and ISO Requirements. Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language.
Bilingual preferred. Two years prior leadership experience. Certified Quality Manager preferred.
