Talent Acquisition Admin Associate
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Point of contact for HR Business Partners and HR Professionals.
Collaborate with IT interfaces and regularly test new system implementations.
Be responsible for a consistent and accurate database within the Organizational Management (OM) and Data Quality (DQ) process.
Participate in (reorganization) maintenance on a global base.
Be responsible for creating, analyzing and clarifying consistent global / local HR reports towards internal clients.
Prepare comprehensive adHoc or regular HR reports (e.g. conferences or annual report).
Handle complex stakeholder inquiries and take ownership of their solutions by ensuring timely and accurate responses while creating added-value.
Proactively optimize and standardize available processes and workflows to improve stakeholder experience.
Support knowledge management as well as exchange within the team and process Interfaces.

1 to 3 years of proven experience with HR administrative procesess, ideally in an international environment along with knowledge of HR interfaces.
Ready to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, the HR community as well as customers.
Willingness to take ownership.
Ability to challenge status quo and to embrace change.
High degree of reliability and motivation.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideally experienced in Sitecore, or another content management system, SharePoint or html.
Fluent written and spoken English is required; further language skills are a plus.
