You will play a key role in defining and leading enablement efforts for multiple solutions in the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Working closely with product management, product engineering, and product marketing you define and build customer facing enablement content that supports go-to-market efforts as we launch new product features, as well as support ongoing activities to foster product adoption and drive customer retention.

Your focus will be to ensure customers, partners and Adobe employees know how to deploy and configure Adobe solutions, they have the knowledge to use the solutions to achieve their goals, and they will expand their use of the current solutions as well as adopt additional Adobe solutions.

This position requires a proven technical background, field experience, and strong customer awareness. We are looking for people with proven customer facing experience in both pre and post sales capacities and have experience using the Adobe solutions as a consultant or as a customer.

  • The ideal person will have background in Computer Science or related field, with hands-on coding experience. Web skills are a must;
  • JavaScript, CSS / HTML, etc. The role requires a demonstrable understanding of enterprise technologies and be current on market / technology trends.

    You will join the Experience League Content team, where you will work closely with a team of like-minded peers building self-help content that includes courses, tutorials, and how-to videos for Adobe Experience League.

    The content you build will have global impact to Adobe’s business. The content will be translated into 10 languages, and be used directly by customers, consultants, and Adobe employees driving success with Adobe’s solutions.

    To excel in this role, you should be passionate about technology, be creative and enjoy finding new ways to communicate technical concepts.

    What you need to succeed

  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 to 5 years experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager. Preference will be given to candidates with additional experience in Adobe Experience Manager, Target, Adobe Campaign and / or Experience Platform.
  • Strong web programming skills are required. Must be proficient in JavaScript, (X)HTML, HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, PHP, markdown.
  • Knowledgeable in software coding practices including agile development, comfortable with GitHub, etc.
  • Industry knowledge and hands-on experience with web content management, analytics, personalization, statistics, optimization, and machine learning.
  • Expertise in data visualization, reporting and / or data science tooling, technologies, and approaches.
  • Solid grasp of data collection, activation, and measurement concepts.
  • Deep familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem, experience with identity solutions is a plus
  • Experience with audience-based marketing / personalization plus good understanding of b methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in digital advertising working for a brand, agency, publisher and / or technology platform
  • Basic API design experience.
  • Conversant in enterprise technology strategies and able to apply your knowledge and skills to the Adobe platform.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence multi-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Track record of effectively working with geographically remote teams.
  • Solid grasp of pre / post technical sales and partner organizations as it relates to product sales, implementation, and support.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate optimally across teams.
  • Must be a self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced innovative environment.
  • Strong independent problem solver who sees things differently and always looks to improve.
