About the role...
This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional who is willing to take the lead of our Global HR services.
The role of Head of HR Services is a newly created role and will be responsible for building and running a first-class HR Service Centre.
This Service Center needs to deliver efficient and effective support to our employees with a very human touch. This key position will be responsible for ensuring HR service excellence across the globe and will report to the CHRO of YNV Group and sit on the HR Leadership Team.
The role will function as a key contributor to the global HR transformation that is currently underway, and ensure we are shaping and delivering on areas including HR service delivery strategy, operating model and operational excellence ensuring best practices and an enhanced employee experience.
You will have a solid HR background and demonstrate a proven track record of implementing change in a complex global matrix organization with the ability to lead and influence the team and their wider stakeholder group.
You will need to be a strong global manager, be highly numerate and data-savvy. Finally, a good sense of humor, pragmatism, and the ability to work in an agile and constantly evolving environment.
What you’ll be doing
Build and run a first-class HR Service Center. Work closely with the business and HR leaders to ensure the HR Service Center priorities align to the business needs and encourage partnership and collaboration with other teams and departments.
Responsible for managing the full people lifecycle from Onboarding to Offboarding Managing all People (HR) processes internally and innovating these for compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and quality, working with other business’ functions to deliver a seamless people experience.
Develop our reporting and analytics capabilities, making sure we have robust and reliable quality data to extract and generate insight to share with partners and other leaders, to drive key business decisions.
Develop and enhance our HR dashboards for the business ensuring a single source of truth for HR data.
Manage and drive improvements in our People Systems including HRIS, Engagement tools etc.This role will oversee the rollout of a new HRIS.
Previous experience on HRIS implementation is preferable.
Help design company policies and procedures so that they are globally aligned, but locally implemented.
Review and update employment contracts and agreements.
Develop and track key HR metrics to ensure that we can measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function.
Oversee the administration of our benefits programs and recommend improvements in partnership with the Rewards team.
Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.
What you'll need
HR or other relevant degree
Extensive experience working in HR and / or HR consulting in a fast paced, high growth environment.
A Can-Do attitude pragmatic and progressive with non-bureaucratic approach willing to get stuck in and hands-on. Ideally with global or multi regional experience.
Proven track record of programs and project management with experience leading large transformation programs and implementing change across many countries and different stakeholder groups
Excellent communicator and excellent stakeholder manager with ability to lead and influence in a global matrix organization
Possesses an open and inclusive mindset with an ability to lead, engage and challenge large and diverse teams of HR professionals and business stakeholders through change
Sound knowledge and experience of using a broad range of HR technologies of HR practices with an interest in the latest thinking and trends to challenge traditional ways of working
Experience in shaping HR service delivery processes and operational excellence.
A data driven approach to traditional HR activities looking beyond the obvious and initial analysis to seek out the root cause and solve this.
