Description : Job Summary
The Department Analyst, for the department of Design, oversees annual expenditures and reconciliation, grants, endowments, expenses, and commitments.
The incumbent is responsible for the accuracy of budget and analyzing, distributing, and tracking program budgets as well as coordinating the recruitment, appointment, promotion, and other personnel-related issues for faculty, staff, and student employees.
As the principal liaison between the Department and the University, the Department Analyst performs a myriad of duties essential to the representation of the Department to the College, University, CSU, and public communities.
This position utilizes a wide range of complex administrative and budgetary support for the Chair, faculty, staff, and students.
