As a member of the team, you will be working on : projects to implement software improvement opportunities, especially targeting automation and manual steps reduction, learn and practice techniques for issues troubleshooting, extract and analyze data for continuous improvement across the IE department, develop your soft and technical skills, learn and practice customer and stakeholder management, interact with people from other countries / cultures, be adding-value oriented and propose initiatives on the team.

Also, there are some behavioral traits desired, such as : self-learner, problem solving skills, growth mindset and possibility thinking.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements :

Bachelor's degree active student with at least 70% of courses already approved.

Unrestricted Costa Rican work permit.

Preferred requirements : (considered a plus factor and not required to qualify)

Experience on network / software development SQL and data base knowledge, data analytics, scripting languages such as : Python, PowerShell, DOS Batch or WMA.

Experience / knowledge on automation and / or reporting tools.

Manufacturing experience is a great plus.
