Your Role As a Brand Design Manager at Gensler, you will have overall project responsibility for client satisfaction, quality control and financial performance.

This position will be involved in managing multiple brand design projects across Gensler’s service areas of : Strategic Brand Development, Visual Identity & Communications Design, and Environmental & Experiential Design, and Signage and Wayfinding.

What You Will Do Facilitate great design results by cultivating and maintaining positive client and team relationships. Manage multidisciplinary project team workload for multiple projects Create and manage project scopes, budgets and workplans Manage project financial performance Assist in the development of proposals and collaborate in the strategic development of new business Interact with internal team members, project managers from other areas, representatives from accounting and external vendors Manage coordination between studios Manage project staffing / hours Your Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in an administrative or design related field with design agency or Creative Project Management background.

  • Experience with collaborative management of projects and teams Ability to effectively prioritize, with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams, including the ability to create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and requirements Experience preparing project proposals, and negotiating contracts and fees, as well as monitoring multiple project budgets Highly organized with a strong attention to detail High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite Ability to work with minimal guidance;
