Work with Global Procurement Leadership team to create a prioritized list of reporting needs for each spend pool / category.
Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports, reporting dashboards and data models.
Identify opportunities and recommend new ideas as result of data exploration / analysis.
Manages and maintains the reporting repository following standard process and adherence to internal guidelines.
Supports the administrative tasks related to reporting management working as an ally with Global Procurement organization.
Works closely with procurement managers and category managers establishing best reporting practices to ensure process efficiency.
Drives efficiency, training and continuous improvement of reporting services including but not limited to reporting management, data analytics and other related data analysis methods.
Collaborate with other procurement, finance and business colleagues to ensure customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensures compliance with Purchasing policy and manage compliance performance.
Ensures adherence to quality standards and review internal policies to ensure compliance.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven working experience as a reporting expert or data analyst.
Technical expertise regarding reporting, data models, database design / development and data analytics techniques.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (MS Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables, Power BI).
Good knowledge on Tableau, Data Miner and SQL / Oracle databases is a plus.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum 5 years Working on Service Center environment, with at least 4 years in procurement.
Minimum 2 years - Experience in Reporting & Analytics.
A deep understanding of Global Procurement operations / business processes.
Knowledge on procurement and sourcing processes, on procurement transactions, based on industry best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong capability on reporting and data analytics.
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
