  • Work with Global Procurement Leadership team to create a prioritized list of reporting needs for each spend pool / category.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports, reporting dashboards and data models.
  • Identify opportunities and recommend new ideas as result of data exploration / analysis.
  • Manages and maintains the reporting repository following standard process and adherence to internal guidelines.
  • Supports the administrative tasks related to reporting management working as an ally with Global Procurement organization.
  • Works closely with procurement managers and category managers establishing best reporting practices to ensure process efficiency.
  • Drives efficiency, training and continuous improvement of reporting services including but not limited to reporting management, data analytics and other related data analysis methods.
  • Collaborate with other procurement, finance and business colleagues to ensure customer service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensures compliance with Purchasing policy and manage compliance performance.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and review internal policies to ensure compliance.

  • Proven working experience as a reporting expert or data analyst.
  • Technical expertise regarding reporting, data models, database design / development and data analytics techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (MS Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables, Power BI).
  • Good knowledge on Tableau, Data Miner and SQL / Oracle databases is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 5 years Working on Service Center environment, with at least 4 years in procurement.
  • Minimum 2 years - Experience in Reporting & Analytics.
  • A deep understanding of Global Procurement operations / business processes.
  • Knowledge on procurement and sourcing processes, on procurement transactions, based on industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong capability on reporting and data analytics.
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
