Role Overview :
Working closely with Operations and Finance Teams, the Sales Compensation & Quota Analyst will work within the Worldwide Sales Planning & Incentives Team to support Quota Process, Quota Setting, and Analytics activities.
This role will be primarily engaged in providing support to the Quota Excellence Senior Manager, supporting process documentation, analytics and development for quota setting activities.
Assist on the coordination across multiple cross-functional teams on the successful completion of Quota Setting initiatives worldwide
Provide assistance with key initiatives within the Worldwide Field Incentives Team
Identify Gaps and opportunities for Standardization and Improvement
Collaborate on the design and development of methodologies, processes and procedures on Quota Setting, Compensation Program and Rollout Process.
Provide Support for Compensation Design and Quota Processes
Execute standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis
Effectively document Processes and Policies
Partnership with Sales Operations, Finance and Commission Finance Teams ensuring effective collaboration, communication and development of solutions
Collaborate on the development and improvement of the Planning and Compensation Tools and Systems.
The ideal candidate should have :
Degree in Business Administration or Finance
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
Project Management skills are an advantage
Ability to translate business needs into a set of workable, specific requirements
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem solving and process management skills
Planning and organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Enthusiastic with a passion for change and efficiency
Excellent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate and interact with upper management.
