Complete monthly, quarter and year tasks in accordance with the guidelines of the area and organization.
Coordinate with agencies and financial departments the records of accounting transactions necessary to report the financial statements in HFM.
Support internal and external audits, maintaining the controls of the complete and correct operating procedures, as well as providing the requested information.
Prepare and review accounting entries as required.
Be the principal contact of the agencies, resolving questions that requires investigation.
Lead specific tasks of high technical specialty and complexity required in the region the Accountant provides service.
Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement of processes related to the department to establish new strategies and apply best practices.
Train new members of the group as requested by management.
Participate in special projects and other initiatives required by the organization. Eg Migrations, systems implementation, support to other regions
Qualifications
Bachelor degree related to Accounting or Business Administration.
5 years of experience in all accounting cycle, preparation of financial reports, preparation and review of accounting entries, accounting support to clients, preparation of audits, analysis of balance sheet accounts.
For internal candidates, 2 years of experience in accounting positions GTH G3.
1 or 2 years experience working on Accounting positions in Share Service Center.
Intermediate English (oral and written).
Intermediate Excel.
Migrations experience is a plus.
Knowledge in SAP, HFM and Blackline is a plus.
