Snap Finance is seeking a QA Manager for our Costa Rica Office in an effort to continue to strengthen our dynamic, growing team.
The ideal candidate will lead the QA team to ensure product quality and compliance consistent with our corporate objectives.
This individual possesses a strong desire to grow, think outside the box, and work with others to get things done.

Manage project schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate goals to project stakeholders
Establish, maintain, review, and improve Quality systems / programs, policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance consistent with corporate objectives
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across your teams, including skills audit, automation opportunities and cross-
utilization of resources across your teams
Understand the key skills within the team and identify opportunities for upskilling and / or bringing additional skills into the team
Define the system architecture and tactical solutions for product testing
Drive quality metrics
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Develop and manage multiple environments for external and internal stakeholders like Merchant, Developers, and Enterprise
2 years experience leading QA automation teams
A proven track record of managing and influencing a large number of diverse stakeholders, change management and ability to juggle competing priorities
Understanding and interaction of Interactive teams including Product Managers, User Experience Designers, Developers, QA testers
Hands-on experience with QA methodologies, testing Webservices and Apps
Proficiency in writing test automation frameworks for testing Webservices, Web and Mobile Apps
Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, and JMeter
Working understanding of Continuous Integration environments
Experience working in an Agile environment
The ability to thrive in an ever-changing and dynamic work environment
