As we start to see the green shoots of recovery in the travel industry, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our world class Talent Acquisition team at CWT.
Reporting to the Head of Global TA, this is an exciting opportunity to attract and recruit the best talent for CWT Partners.
This is a key role in our business where you will have a great opportunity to shape our approach and support in other elements of executing our Talent Strategy to achieve our proposed growth.
What you’ll be doing
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for recruiting top talent for the group by carrying on recruitment assignments for local and / or regional positions working closely with the hiring managers and HR Business partners.
Acting as a strong business and consulting partner, responsibilities range from defining and implementing the right candidate sourcing and selection strategy for requisitions (writing the job ad, sourcing the candidates, screening / interviewing qualified candidates) to the final selection process and offer to the final selected candidate.
Regarding sourcing and selection, it is key to demonstrate outstanding knowledge of CWT’s business and needs, CWT’s employer branding and expertise in sourcing channels.
Working closely with the regional and global talent acquisition teams, the Talent Acquistion Consultant will also contribute in the definition, implementation and improvement of the global recruitment tools and processes in their country or region
Be responsible for a number of vacancies, sometimes covering a variety of disciplines, concurrently throughout the full recruitment life cycle
Proactive candidate resourcing and profiling including use of CV databases and other relevant recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc..)
Ensuring all recruitment is compliant with internal and external policies
Raising employment contracts and packs for successful candidates where appropriate
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role
Proven recruitment experience (3 years+), preferably working as part of an in-house or RPO Talent Acquisition team. Any regional or international experience would be an a advantage, but not essential.
Solid understanding of recruiting a wide range of candidates with a focus on Travel Councillor candidates, as well as the willingness to recruit roles across the organisation.
Experience of the full recruitment life-cycle from creating job adverts to contract generation
Confident with proactive candidate resourcing including use of CV Databases and other relevant recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc..)
Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Taleo)
Understanding of recruitment legislation and ability to learn internal policies quickly
Experience conducting behavioural / competency based interviews and understand best practice in interviewing
Competent in use of Google suite or Microsoft Office
Confident with collaborating with and managing stakeholders at various levels of a business
Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail
Previous experience of process improvement or employee branding would be a definite plus.
What you must have to succeed :
2-4 years solid recruitment experience, preferably as part of an internal TA Team.
Fluent, business level English, both spoken and written, as well as local language(s) where required
Batchelors level degree or equivalent preferred
Proficient in Internet, HRIS, RMS and Microsoft Office programs including, but not limited to : Taleo, Oracle, LinkedIn, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc
