This role provides the right person a fantastic opportunity to join a truly global team. The Employee IT team are responsible for all aspects of end user computing at Experian, looking after everything from desktops and service desk through to Unified Communications and conferencing.
You may be based in Costa Rica but should expect to be communicating and collaborating with colleagues and customers around the world daily.
The Unified Communications Engineer works as part of a team responsible for Global Service delivery of email, instant messaging, and mobility services to Experian’s workforce as well as migration of key messaging services to Office 365.
Key Responsibilities :
Office 365 migration and support
Adherence to ITIL standards and processes
Support and maintain production systems (including on-call cover where required)
Advanced configuration and administration of Microsoft Windows servers
Real Time monitoring alerting
Developing and improving existing processes
Identifying and automating manual tasks and processes
T2 3 technology SME
Creating and maintaining support documentation
Project and new platform delivery
Evaluate new and emerging technologies to support business needs
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
