Create / suggest business solutions design based on root cause analysisFollow & improve delivery and operation support methodologyCommunication and resolving issues with business users via web platform (ServiceNow)Create adhoc reports on data and status of the project.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly status reports as requested by client and stake holders.In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, resource planning and training, Service level agreement and process compliance, knowledge management, process reengineering, resource optimization and overall governance of the team.
