Has the responsibility to act as the tactical interface and mentor for the assigned business areas, providing consultancy and advisory on technology platforms that can cover the business needs in the best way and help to :
Identifies opportunities when the IT solutions and services can add value.
Promote the IT Project implementation.
Involve the required business areas when needed for IT activities.
Keep updated our final user's knowledge about IT resources.
Act as Liaison between Business and IT Areas
Keep updated our On-Site agents and Service Desk knowledge about Local IT solutions and resources.
Verify that projects and initiatives are aligned between the business requirements, business strategies and be accountable for the IT projects and services health, monitoring the IT requirements and projects plan executions.
Identify business requirements, analyzes the impact of those requirements and present them in an adequate way to be prioritized and delivered according to the established processes.
Promote the use of existing technologies to attend business needs instead of creating new solutions if not required, this has to be done through the participation on Technical meetings with other IT areas to be updated about the newest technologies available in the company and transmitting that knowledge to business in a non-technical way.
Promote and plan the IT Education to incentive final users to take advantage of all the IT solutions available in Roche, detecting the IT education gaps and coordinating the required activities to close them, looking for the efficiency and scalability of the IT investment that Roche already done.
Internal Partnering with all management levels for business areas in the site, Local and Global Business / IT staff involved on projects and initiatives, Local and Global staff involved on the IT services delivery and technical support.
External Partnering with IT vendors.
Education and Experience :
Technical Degree or above in Computer Science , Process / industrial engineering or similar areas.
5+ years of experience managing stakeholders, business process improvement, IT projects and leading internal and external teams by influence or similar.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Outstanding customer service, interpersonal skills and sense of urgency.
High soft skills with High Executive profiles
Ability to work in, and contribute to, a fast paced and changing environment, where multiple priorities need to be effectively managed, while maintaining composure and flexibility in a structured environment.
Must be highly accountable and results oriented with a strong persistence, resourcefulness, drive and ability to work proactively.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability and willingness to work any shift in a 24 hour 365 day shared service center environment, with the option of extended hours or modified schedule to support planned activities or emergency situations.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks among many.
Intermediate English Level.
Project Management and Agile concepts knowledge.
Desirable, not mandatory, Knowledge on Finance, HR and IT Shared Service Centers processes.
