As a member of the Americas Professional Services leadership team, the PMO

Practice Leader will be responsible for project leadership and execution for customer engagements in one or more defined Verticals.

By partnering closely with GTM Vertical Leads and Delivery Practice Leads, you will ensure project success and customer satisfaction and meet or exceed business KPIs for Americas Consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Consulting project delivery for a defined set of Vertical customers in the Americas, ensuring delivery success and satisfaction across all projects and workstreams totaling $50M - $100M annually
  • Partner with GTM Vertical Leads to understand projects in pipeline and proactively drive resource planning to accelerate project initiation
  • Upon contract booking, ensure thorough and efficient handoff from Sales to Delivery
  • Prioritize and facilitate resource assignments in conjunction with RMO and Solution Leaders
  • Ensure the appropriate level of Project Leadership is assigned to all projects
  • Monitor, manage, and report on project health for all assigned customers
  • Accountable for ensuring project revenue forecasts are up to date and accurate
  • Partner with GTM Vertical Leads to ensure accurate and effective revenue management within the defined set of accounts
  • Adept at applying multiple levers to optimize project revenue and margin performance
  • Ensure Project Leaders are completing operational functions in a timely and accurate manner including time entry and approval, expense management, revenue forecasting, and reporting
  • Drive Adobe Consulting governance and best practices in all projects, actively partnering with Solution Leaders and GTM Vertical Leads to leverage expertise
  • Demonstrate a practitioner level of experience in leading project delivery to ensure customer requirements are met, resulting in the expected business value and impact
  • Coordinate project escalation management and resolution
  • Ensure successful closeout and handoff from delivery to post-delivery teams (Customer Care, Premier Support, Customer Success, Services Sales, etc.)
  • Partner with Professional Services Sales teams to facilitate contract extensions, change requests, and addendums
  • Provide input to account planning in conjunction with Customer Success and Sales teams
  • Recruit, manage, mentor and professionally develop a team of managers and individual contributors responsible for delivery of best-in-class consulting engagements
  • Define Learning and Development plans for managers and individuals on the team focused on growing their skills as Project and Program Leaders
  • As a senior Consulting leader, develop and drive strategic initiatives across multi-solution and cross-functional teams
  • KPIs : Vertical revenue, team utilization, project margin
