LI-DNI The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
The Salesforce Admin will have a hands on experience implementing and administering SalesForce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders.
This person will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.
This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more.
Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add / delete users, and adding basic custom fields.
Work with the Senior Salesforce Administrator in support of all Salesforce related tasks
Identify, design, build, test and deploy solutions related to Salesforce and related applications, including custom objects / fields, page layouts / views, workflows / flows / process builder, security (users, profiles, roles) and all other aspects of Salesforce administration
Troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce end-user issues
Learn features and requirements of new releases of Salesforce and related applications and participate in the testing, deployment, documentation and training of these releases
Documentation of business and functional requirements
Project management activities, including working with internal and external project resources
Data warehouse report definition
Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes in CRM platform
At least 2 years of experience as Salesforce administrator or Developer
Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions.
Proven ability to utilize Salesforce.com as a sales analysis tool.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario.
