Responsibilities and Duties+ End to end recruitment processes.+ Job Posting on different company tools for talent attraction.
Candidates Preselection.+ Coordinate and execute interviews.+ Phone call first filter interviews.+ Competences interviews.
Coordinate and execute interview processes with clients.+ Work References validations.+ Handling and document different tests for candidates.
Support to the People Success department in activities, projects and suggesting new approaches and proposals to improve work, processes and candidates experience.
Coordinate new employees' entries and contracts signing.+ Handling sensitive information.Qualifications and Skills+ Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Administration.
At least one year of experience working on Human Resources positions.+ A very organized and responsible person.+ Very Good Communication Skills in English and Spanish.
