  • CURRENT EMPLOYEES : Please click here to be redirected to the internal career site. Job Description The Global Account Manager will be located in Milpitas, CA and will be responsible for the management of Flex’s services to targeted CEC account(s).
  • He or She will work collaboratively both internal and external to help grow revenue within target account(s).     Oversee implementation of specific customer goals so that Flex can continue to be best in class. Optimize the utilization of resources from Site management, Finance, and Customer to maximize global strategies and policies to enhance customer satisfaction.

    Facilitate and enhance cross-functional relationships both internal and external to maximize customer satisfaction criteria and operational performance.

    Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to create and sustain product demand. Define strategies and policies to maximize performance and develop overall organization awareness.

    Here is some of what you’ll need (required) Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or similar field of study 5+ years of experience working as a Account Manager.

    P&L Experience Experience managing multiple sites per account.
